The Nginx Development Kit (NDK) is a module that adds additional
generic tools that module developers can use in their own modules.

It is required to build several third-party nginx modules.

This port only installs the module sources.  The module itself is built
by the nginx ports when their DEVEL_KIT option is enabled.
