optique inspects and edits the per-port OPTIONS files that poudriere,
synth and the ports tree consume, without going through the interactive
dialog4 screens.

It resolves a port's effective option set the way the framework does,
walking the poudriere options directories (or synth's Directory_options),
make.conf and the port's own OPTIONS_* defaults. A TUI is provided for
browsing and toggling options across a whole dependency closure, while
the non-interactive subcommands (notably "scan --json" and "sync") suit
scripting and bulk audits of an options tree.
