Command-line interface for the ElevenLabs platform, covering the full API
surface: text-to-speech, speech-to-text, speech-to-speech, dubbing, sound
effects, music generation and voice library management.

It also provides agents-as-code support for Conversational AI: agent, tool
and test definitions are kept as local configuration files and synchronized
with the workspace using push and pull.
